This type of trafficking exploits people by forcing them to make and sell drugs, smuggle contraband, steal or commit other crimes for the trafficker’s benefit or profit. The trafficker will then use these activities against the person being trafficked so they feel like they can’t reach out for help.
Forced begging happens when a person is made to beg for money and turn it over to their trafficker. They may be assaulted, threatened with violence or emotionally abused if they don’t comply.
This type of trafficking exploits people for their organs. They can be forced or manipulated into donating an organ, they may agree to sell an organ but never get paid, or they may have an organ removed without consent during medical treatment.

Forced surrogacy happens when a person is forced, coerced or deceived into giving birth to a child on behalf of another person or couple.
