The Canadian Human Trafficking Hotline’s National Referral Directory is a resource to connect victims and survivors of trafficking to emergency, transitional, and long-term services in communities across Canada. This is not an exhaustive list of service providers, programs or anti-trafficking organizations in Canada. Organizations listed here have agreed to be included in the directory and have their information shared publicly on this site.

If you are unable to locate a service or a particular organization, or require personal assistance, please call the Hotline at toll free at 1-833-900-1010 or you can contact the Hotline via chat.

If your organization would like to become a member of the National Referral Directory, please find the Guidelines for Inclusion and Application Form here. Alternatively, you can email partnership@ccteht.ca to discuss how to become a member.

Existing partners who wish to update their information can also contact partnership@ccteht.ca directly.

Please note that organizations in the Hotline’s National Referral Directory meet minimum inclusion criteria based on self-reported information. Certain steps are undertaken to ascertain that the information provided meets the minimum criteria for inclusion; however, the Hotline is not responsible for the accuracy of this information. Including an organization in the National Referral Directory does not constitute an endorsement by The Canadian Centre to End Human Trafficking, the operator of the Canadian Human Trafficking Hotline.
